Carolynn qualified as a solicitor in 1994, and practised in Buckinghamshire for many years. She joined Guillaumes in 2009, becoming a partner shortly afterwards.
Carolynn is head of the Family Law department at Guillaumes LLP. Carolynn acts for individuals and specialises in all issues arising out of relationship breakdown, whether married or not married. Carolynn has particular expertise in dealing with complex financial issues on divorce. She is also experienced in dealing with issues concerning children.
Carolynn also specialises in disputes over property which may be owned by an unmarried couple or a family member, such as a sibling or third party, where the property is owned in one person's sole name or jointly.
Carolynn is a member of the national family law group, Resolution, and a member of the Law Society’s family law panel.
Carolynn qualified as a mediator in 2012 and conducts mediation with those couples or individuals who would like to resolve their differences without resorting to court.
