Neil became a member partner of the firm in 2014, having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2002, qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and becoming a non-member partner in 2008.

Neil is head of our Private Client department and specialises in probate and the administration of estates, the preparation of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, and trusts.

Being appointed as a Deputy of the Court of Protection for a client with no family members able to take on the responsibility
Preparation of a Will for a terminally ill client shortly before his death to ensure that his last wishes were upheld
