Julie Bush joined Guillaumes in February 2000 as a paralegal and assistant to a then Partner, Penny Standen with whom she worked closely until Penny retired in 2011. Julie deals with all undefended service charge debt claims and possession proceedings as a result of forfeiture for a wide range of landlord clients.

Julie has a wealth of experience in all matters relating to service charge arrears recovery and is known for her efficient resolution of matters in this respect, supporting our lawyers for landlords and lawyers for tenants.

In addition to her service charge arrears recovery work, she also acts for landlords and management companies in respect of Licences to Assign and Sublet.
