Service: Employment Law
Joanna works for Guillaumes on a consultancy basis and has experience of advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters. Having worked with a number of organisations from different sectors, including health, retail, manufacturing, transport and education, Joanna enjoys getting to know clients and provides employment/HR services which are tailored to their specific objectives.
These services include: drafting and preparing bespoke contracts of employment and staff handbooks; advice on conduct, sickness and performance management issues; and guidance on restructuring and redundancy procedures. Joanna has particular experience of identifying equality issues which arise throughout the employment relationship.
Joanna has also guided a number of clients through Employment Tribunal proceedings, in addition to advising on Settlement Agreements and assisting with settlement negotiations.
