Anna works for Guillaumes on a consultancy basis and uses the invaluable experience and understanding she gained from running her own boutique law firm and a legal and HR consultancy business in the past, to provide pragmatic and relevant advice to her clients.
Anna works closely with businesses providing outsourced employment law and HR services to clients without an internal HR or legal department, or alternatively to support those with already established HR and legal departments. She has built up particular expertise in advising Charities and Academy Schools but enjoys the variety of working with all types and sizes of business.
Anna provides legal advice and assistance on a complete range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR services domestically and internationally. Services include drafting and preparing bespoke contracts of employment and staff handbooks, advising on day to day HR enquires such as capability, sickness and performance management issues, restructuring and redundancy procedures, including any TUPE issues which may arise, and disciplinary, grievance and dismissal procedures.
Anna aims to understand the businesses of her clients in order to provide each client with proactive and personable advice which is commercially focused, cost effective and tailored to their individual business needs.
In addition, Anna also works with individuals, particularly senior executives, in relation to employment matters, including advising on Settlement Agreements and assisting with detailed settlement negotiations.
