Guillaumes honours talented student Jenny

A talented student hoping to pursue a career in law has had her outstanding academic achievements recognised with a prize from Weybridge-based solicitors firm Guillaumes.

Jenny Dickinson received the Guillaumes Law Award after achieving A grades in her biology, geography and music A levels at Heathside School, in Weybridge.

The 18-year-old, who is now studying law and criminology at Sheffield University, was presented with a trophy and a £100 book token by Guillaumes partner Neil Sapsed during the school’s annual prize-giving evening.

Neil said: “As a firm, we are passionate about working with local schools to support and encourage young people in their ambitions. I am delighted that we have been able to present this award to such a talented individual as Jenny, whose academic achievements have been nothing short of outstanding.

“On behalf of everyone at Guillaumes, I would like to wish her all the best in her university studies. I am sure she will succeed in whatever she sets her mind to.”

In addition to her interest in law, Jenny is a keen musician and an accomplished dancer. She is also a keen fund-raiser for her local children’s hospice and helps out as a maths and English tutor for children on the Kumon programme, which provides additional tuition to complement their school studies.
